Kody and Tori’s wedding was an absolute pleasure to capture. They had a beautiful, intimate ceremony at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in the heart of Downtown Charleston, followed by a stunning sunset reception cruise aboard the Charleston Princess. The entire day was filled with warmth, laughter, and unforgettable moments, perfectly reflecting the love they share with each other and their closest friends and family.
The weather was ideal, setting the stage for a day that felt relaxed and joyful. After the ceremony, I joined Kody and Tori for a portrait session in some of Charleston’s most iconic spots, including the charming streets around Rainbow Row. The historic pastel-colored buildings and cobblestone streets provided the perfect backdrop for capturing their first moments as husband and wife, making for some truly special portraits.
Once we wrapped up the portraits, I ran ahead to the Charleston Princess to let their guests know the newlyweds were on their way. The excitement from family and friends as Kody and Tori made their entrance onto the boat was a highlight of the evening. The pastel sunset over the harbor added a beautiful, romantic glow to the scene, making the photos even more breathtaking.
The reception aboard the Charleston Princess was filled with love and celebration, from heartfelt toasts to laughter shared between family and friends. The sunset cruise was the perfect way to end their day, with the calm waters and Charleston skyline in the background.
